• MEDIUM $100.00 (10’ deep x 20’ wide)
• Includes 1 parking pass and 2 general admissions)

• LARGE $200.00 (10’ deep x 21’ to 39’ wide)
• Includes 1 parking pass and 3 general admissions)

• EXTRA LARGE $300.00 (10’ deep x 40’+ wide)
• Includes 1 parking pass and 4 general admissions)

VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) All Chop Meet vendors must reserve booth space with pre-payment before June 25, 2008. Remaining booth space for non-registered vendors will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. July 18, 2008. A 50% surcharge for late space reservation will be assessed at time of check-in.

2) Early check-in for pre-registered vendors is 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 18, 2008. Late vendor check-in is 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Saturday, July 19. THERE IS NO VENDOR CHECK-IN AFTER 9:00 a.m. the day of event.

3) Pre-registered vendors will receive a courtesy kit 1-2 weeks after confirmation of reservation and payment. This kit will include one parking pass and the allotted number of General Admission armbands for your staff. If you require additional armbands, you may purchase them on our secure storefront.

4) Vendors may strike booths after 6:00 p.m. July 19, but NO vendor vehicles may enter or leave the show area between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. the day of the event.

5) If your booth needs electricity, please bring a generator—the venue does not provide power.

6) PayPal only for online booth reservation and payment. Printed company checks or money orders accepted for mail-in reservations.

7) Chop Meet will run rain or shine—no refunds.
