Saturday, July 19

7:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.—Gates open for vendors and swap meet —no vendors will be admitted after 9:00 a.m.

10:00 a.m.—GATES OPEN FOR SPECTATORS

10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.—Swap Meet and Vendor hours of operation—vendors may strike their booths after 6:00 p.m., but no vendor vehicles may enter or leave the Chop Meet show area until vendor tear down Sunday morning

1:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m.—Bike Show check-in

2:00 p.m.–2:45 p.m.—The Whitewalls on Main Stage

3:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.—Second band on Main Stage

4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.—Bike Show judges finalize choices and determine winners in all categories

5:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m.—Bike Show winners announced on Main Stage; awards presentation and photo opportunity with trophy girls

7:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.—Headliner band on Main Stage

8:00 p.m.—Last call for alcohol

9:00 p.m.—gates closed

9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.—Vendor teardown and departure

6:00 a.m.–12:00 noon—Vendor tear down and departure
