The world-renowned Mountain High Resort in Wrightwood, CA will host the 2008 Southern California Chop Meet and Custom Motorcycle Show. MAP.

Mountain High is the most popular ski resort in southern California, and is nestled in the region’s beautiful San Gabriel mountains.

This beautiful mountain range in the heart of the Angeles National Forest is less than two hours’ drive from most towns in LA, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and North San Diego counties, and is barely more than a five-hour ride from Ventura and Santa Barbara counties or Las Vegas, Nevada.

Much of the lodging in the city of Wrightwood, CA is only minutes from the Chop Meet main entrance.

Rustic campgrounds near the Chop Meet venue are also available.

The Wrightwood Chamber of Commerce offers excellent services and information for Chop Meet participants.



Please note, if you are riding from LA, HWY 2 is closed a few miles before Wrightwood. An alternative route is marked below in pink. This way is a good ride through some great twisties and is still only about 75 easy riding miles from the La Canada Flintridge area. (Click the map for a bigger view, or better yet, get on google maps and plot your own route.) If you are coming from the 14 or 15 this won't affect you.
